What type vinyl is used for making covers?
All vinyl used for covers is heavy duty and marine grade. The vinyl is treated to resist mildew and the harmful effects of UV rays. The vinyl has a woven polyester backing that will not pick up dirt, dust or harbor mold.

Our vinyl has a cold crack rating of - 20 degrees F.

How will the cover stand up to the sun?
Vinyl is subject to deterioration from UV rays. Two techniques to extend the life of vinyl in harsh climates are to begin with a light color and to treat the vinyl regularly with 303 Aerospace Protectant.

How do I clean my cover?
Vinyl is washable with mild soap and water. Gently wash the vinyl with mild soap and lukewarm water.

What kind of thread do you use?
Stitched with UV and mildew resistant Sunguard bonded Dacron polyester thread.

What kind of handles will my cover have?
Reinforced cover handles are quadruple stitched and super strong.

How strong is the hinge of the cover?
Quadruple reinforced hinge stands up to thousands of openings and the extra strength makes your cover ideal for use with a cover lift.
